Some street art / stickers in Edinburgh 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿
A street-level view of an outdoor alcove and sidewalk. The curved, cream-colored concrete wall is covered in various layers of colorful graffiti tags. Prominently painted across the center is a wavy, horizontal depiction of the transgender pride flag with its blue, pink, and white stripes. A gated metal entryway sits to the left of the wall, and a double yellow traffic line is visible on the street in the foreground.Close-up of a tan, textured sandstone block wall between a glass door and a window frame. Written across the center of the stone blocks in white chalk are the words, "LOVE AS HARD AS YOU CAN" in all-caps block lettering. Fainter, partially erased chalk scribbles are visible below the main message.A close-up, slightly blurred street shot focusing on a metal lamppost covered in stickers. The main sticker is a shiny, holographic rectangle that reads in bold, stylized text: "TRANS FOLK EXISTING DISNAE BURDEN ANYCUNT." Below it, another sticker shows a pixelated trash can icon labeled "TERF'S OPINIONS." The background shows a cobblestone city street with colorful buildings out of focus.

A picture of a pug on a pink background. In the foreground, a Scotish flag. In front of the picture are some supplies for making coffee and other café drinks. The pug has pinkish skin and blue eyes and is mostly white furred except some brown around his eyes and ears.

I'll be presenting at Mystic South: Developing a Personal Code of Ethics; or How to Talk About Yourself, to Yourself, and Become a Better Person.
A green field with a seven-pointed star in the center with the words: "I'm a presenter!" written across it. The image also contains the name of the conference, Mystic South 2026, as well as it's tag line: "Theory, Practice, Play." The location, date, and website for the conference are listed further below: Atlanta, Georgia; July 17 – 19; and mystic-south.com.

I've been a part of the Church Lab for over ten years, first as a dialoguer and now also as a board member. The vital work of bridge building in a world that seems far more interested in tearing them down (literally and figuratively, these days) needs your help: www.amplifyatx.org/p2p/628608/d....
A panoramic photo showing a group of people both seated and standing posing for the camera at the Church Lab's 10th Anniversary celebration. Visible are both men and women, some casually dressed and others more formally, and some wear visible symbols of their religion including jewelry and hijabs. Below the panorama, it reads "Your donations support bi-weekly interfaith dialogues." Further down, an explanation of Amplify Austin Day instructs folks to donate by 6PM Central time on March 5th to help the Church Lab reach it's $5000 goal.

Post a perfect album from the 90s that isn't nirvana, soundgarden, pearl jam, or alice in chains.
The cove of Tori Amos's 1996 album, Boys for Pele, depicting Tori in a blue skirt and grey top seated in a rustic rocking chair cradling a rifle. Behind her is a cabin with a dead rooster hanging from its feet waiting to be plucked.

On this Giving Tuesday if you're searching for a cause to help, maybe consider The Church Lab? More information below, but here's the important link: thechurchlab.org/give. (1/4)
The Church Lab logo; an hourglass shape with a color gradient going from blue at the top through green into yellow at the narrow part of the hourglass, and on int orange and red at the bottom. The underlined words "The Church Lab" appear with an underline to the right of the hourglass. The Church Lab is here to creatively meet spiritual needs no matter who you are. As traditional religion, but not spirituality, becomes less possible, folks are looking for a meaningful faith life. We create pathways for people to grow spiritually regardless of their relationship to religious institutions.
Our experiments explore how to make spiritual growth possible: on going facilitated interfaith dialogues, service work, discipleship, creative and diverse worship opportunities, and more. As we encounter spiritual growth alongside each other, we inevitable help the Church discover her future and eagerly share with other leaders what we're learning about non-traditional ministry.
TCL works with leaders in and out of institutional religion who wish to learn from our experiments, and even get support in setting up their own! We offer workshops, training, cohorts, consulting, grants, and more. Your generosity powers the lab! TCL's community experiments and resources could not exist without the support of folks just like you! Consider partnering with us and supporting the work today!

We have friends everywhere.
A photograph from a No Kings protest in northern Virginia showing the flag if the USA and a sign reading "Rebellions are built on hope." The sign is black and all of the words are in white except the word hope; it's blue. There are also blue flowers drawn on the bottom corners. The blue sky with whispy clouds is behind the sign along with a few trees just beginning to change colors for the Fall.

TCL brings folks together not in spite of their differences but because of them. If you think the world could use more bridge builders, more peace makers, helping us out with a donation between now and March 6 will help us immensely! Give here: www.amplifyatx.org/organization...
An image showing various people who have been impacted by the Church Lab along with the text: "Support TCL's peacebuilding initiatives through Austin's biggest giving day of the year! Early giving is open now until March 6th."

If you've a bit of $$ to spare this Giving Tuesday, maybe send it in the direction of the The Church Lab? Doing so supports our work of bridge building and peace making in a world that desperately needs both. Visit thechurchlab.org/give to donate.
the logo for the church lab depicting a multicolored hourglass shape. in this case, the hourglass is on its side and the words "Bridge Builders Lab" appear on top of it.
