Darryl_TTD @darrylttd.bsky.social · 31/01/2025Had my last drink on Jan 1. But dry January will end for me at about 9pm tonight (Raid night!). Not going to lie, in the first week or two, I really wanted a drink but it actually made me evaluate why I wanted it so much. I am better for it imo. 030 0
Darryl_TTD @darrylttd.bsky.social · 20/01/2025This young man has inspired me to start lifting to go along with my running. Know that my legs are sore today because I did not skip leg day yesterday. #neverskiplegday 2120 0

Darryl_TTD @darrylttd.bsky.social · 10/01/2024So Mexico trip was okay.. except the whole spending 3 1/2 days in hospital because our daughter had ketoacidosis and was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Home now and making the adjustment. Going to be a bit of a learning curve for sure. She's doing well and it taking in stride for now. 540 0
