because he was so close to the family, the guild assigned him to regularly keep tabs on Azoth, so he knows the guy well. Azoth's family comes from a tribe that was wiped out by a bloodbath diablos. Azoth's family tree are the sole survivors.

Aside from Fabius, he's one of the few constants in azoth's life. But he takes more of like, an uncle role to Azoth. It's been a wild ride for him, seeing how this family tree has progressed, From Serge's harsh parenting to Azoth Sr's gentle parenting, and Azoth receiving both

time for lore. Yknow, Wyverians live for a hella long time. Take Varris here. He's known of Azoth's family since before the tribe he descends from was wiped out. However he didnt really get to know them more until after. He watched Serge, Azoth senior, and Azoth jr grow up.

Lore: azoth made each one. They're his emotional support stuffies. He usually makes plushes of monsters he likes or monsters that had a huge impact on him and are memorable He made fatalis out of spite, using fatalis parts. It may or may not be cursed

they don't want to accept that a "Creature" like him would be a hero. Because many felt that it wasnt fair that a monster hybrid would claim all the glory when normal humans worked twice as hard to catch up not accounting for the how brutal Azoth's hunting training was

its kind of suggested in game but here I'm confirming Azoth IS the sapphire star from World. But its not as much of a positive hero's tale as the game depicts. While being given the title, many still struggled to receive him warmly. Many often displace credit onto others to rob him of his pride
