Yesterday I finished reading TRANSLATION STATE by Ann Leckie and it was excellent. I feel like the competing interests of humans/ancillaries/aliens surrounding a treaty with a mysterious and horrifying species of space demons is strangely politically salient at the moment #books #scifi #writing
