I had login issues with Twitter last night, but they still persist. So, a quick Google search tells me no, they've been having massive issues since last night, so clearly, it's not just me. It's sitewide.

Bots are fairly clear as day, they share the same AI art style or heavy template like copy paste filter work. They tend to be pushy and try to drag answers about the job out of you and flood you with their references / portfolio.

The biggest issue and an issue that regen is becoming slowly aware of is they also have a ton of bots and art flippers on the platform.

Darkfreack 🎮𖤐 @darkfreak.bsky.social · 16/05/2025

Some interesting replies but the actual work has that same ish feel to them, template/filter like. So clearly not or art flippers. Trying to sort the replies 😂 Time is tight till the weekend.

I'm seeking an artist to create concept art for a model design and reference sheet. I’ve noticed that many people suggest browsing art sites, but the sheer volume of work can make it difficult to find an artist with the right style. Any recommendations???

I'm curious to see if, with all this new growth that Bluesky is experiencing, if we will see a massive culture shift. Will creators jump ship altogether on Twitter ( X ) or if they will keep both sites active? I'm more on leaving Twitter dead altogether nowadays.

Twitter has serious algorithmic issues, making it difficult to use due to political extremism and hate. There are calls for violence and troubling discussions about rape, especially regarding the dehumanization of women. It’s a toxic environment, and I find it unhealthy to engage with X anymore.

It's crazy to see what 10 minutes on Twitter is like compared to 10 minutes on Bluesky. Just a few scrolls and I am seeing only hate and bigotry on Twitter which makes it a painful experience instantly. Just a few scrolls on Bluesky, I see people socializing and networking while having fun.

I really want to get back into content creation but just can't no matter how much I want it. Due to work. Due to family life. Due to depression. Due to stress. Due to finances. Due to lack of time. Due to external commitments out of my control. To those that create, enjoy it and grow.

This starts to solve the concerns I had with monetization on this platform. Seed funding is great but investments mean control and repayment. Revenue streams like this help to dig the platform out of those.

VTubers if you're going back to X after less than a week because of followers or lack of engagement you're using the site wrong! USE TAGS, interact with people, make an effort! I saw someone trying to compare their account on X with 17k & here with 322. If you're comparing do it RIGHT! #VTuber

I’m noticing finding people who made accounts here months ago is there is zero attempt to share others as well they just post 4 or 5 bits of art and then seem to have go board and left. Yet in 4 days I’m at nearly 2k followers some how, it’s mostly cos I’m here sharing others work not just my own.
