28 reveals in 28 days! I almost can't believe we made it. Last of the month is @micahsolusod.bsky.social as Riordan. Riordan is so much more than just the comic relief, and I am really excited for players to get to dig in and grow to love him via Micah's showstopper performance.

Leonid was a character I was pretty worried about getting right, then I heard Valentine and knew everything would be great. He just has a powerful aura about him, and was a pleasure to work with to boot. What a voice! Welcome to the cast, @viewtifulval.bsky.social as Emperor Leonid!

Dark Deity 2 @darkdeity.bsky.social · 25/02/2025

I absolutely adore @nazeehtarsha.bsky.social as Zuhair in DD2, he brings such a necessary element of unseriousness to the party during a time they can really use it. I can't say enough how happy I am with how this cast has shaped up. Just a ridiculously talented and fun group of actors.

23 days into February, we have Matthew Curtis as Archbishop Munir, a kindly old gentleman who may know more than he lets on... Matt has absolutely stunning range. I'm really excited for everyone to see some of the other little bits we have him on as well, they're a ton of fun.

If you can believe it, this is @elsielovelock.bsky.social's THIRD playable Dark Deity character voice. Actually pretty legendary considering we're only on game 2! Thrilled to have Elsie back to voice Laurai, a half-elven diplomat training under Irving. One more week of reveals to go!

I want to thank Sound Cadence Studios for an immaculate experience handling the voiceover for Dark Deity 2. 100% dedicated to quality and so professional. And of course to the wonderful @mollozhang.bsky.social for directing! There are not enough words in the world for the praise they deserve!

Dark Deity 2 @darkdeity.bsky.social · 19/02/2025

What. A. Voice. Finding myself constantly enthralled with @kamrannikhad.bsky.social's performance as Chieftain Haoran. It takes real presence to manage wisdom, authority, and sincerity all at once. Thanks for bringing him to life so well!

Dark Deity 2 @darkdeity.bsky.social · 18/02/2025

Marking only 10 reveals left in this February slate, we have @justtheclippy.bsky.social as Enyd, priestess of Izn. Will you choose to ally with her and her flock of devotees, or with Arran or Carlisle? Only time will tell. Surprising no one, Amanda knocks it out of the park as Enyd.

Dark Deity 2 @darkdeity.bsky.social · 17/02/2025

28 reveals in 28 days! We had a blast recording with Corey Pettit for Kira, the heir in exile. Hard to nail such an integral character to the story quickly but she picked up on it instantly and delivered what I think is a performance that will blow folks away.

Dark Deity 2 @darkdeity.bsky.social · 16/02/2025

Fearsome. Loyal. Green. Thrilled to have Richard Reed along to play Tusk, our ferocious but lovable orc companion in DD2. It was great fun working on this character with him, can't wait for you all to get to use him.

I am pumped to announce that Rogin Rashidan has lent her voice to our resident early game healer and bonk-lord, Cassandra! While Cass can come across as an oddball, those who get to know her find a gentle soul who fearlessly walks her own path. Also, her passive is overtuned👀

Dark Deity 2 @darkdeity.bsky.social · 14/02/2025

Can you believe its already halfway through February? With the 14th voice reveal of the month, we have the marvelous @sapphberry.bsky.social as Elena, admiral of Hao'Fen. As one of the leaders of an allied nation, Elena plays a very important role in your journey - as do you in hers👀

0110

Dark Deity 2 @darkdeity.bsky.social · 13/02/2025

"Swing first, ask questions later" doesn't work as well when you have to stop being a hero and start being a father. Had such a blast exploring DD2's father figure with Steven Kelly, discovering what happens when a JRPG war hero finds himself with no skulls left to crack.

070

Dark Deity 2 @darkdeity.bsky.social · 12/02/2025

After his role as Benji II, I am so thrilled to have Benji back to play Benji III. Say Benji three times fast. Not a tongue twister, but it sounds pretty good doesn't it? There is a non zero chance that I make @benjibuckley.bsky.social play Benji and his descendants for the rest of his life.

Expected news: Strategy RPG contains an edgy assassin. Exciting news: @aidendawn.bsky.social absolutely nails it with a phenomenal performance as Eve. Happy to continue our 28 reveals in 28 days with a casting that fits like a glove. Aiden killed it, and was a ton of fun to work with.

0112

Dark Deity 2 @darkdeity.bsky.social · 10/02/2025

When @mollozhang.bsky.social showed me some of @camdensutkowski.bsky.social's work, I knew immediately we had to have him as our bratty boy-king, Emran. Unsurprisingly, he absolutely killed it. Can't wait for everyone to see how fun this character is playing off the rest of the incredible cast.

28 reveals in 28 days continues! I know parents aren't supposed to have favorites, but the way Khamari turned out thanks to @thenivoiceguy.bsky.social's incredible voice and a very strong personal ability/passive puts him strongly in contention for my favorite unit in Dark Deity 2.

The incredible leading lady of Dark Deity 2: @aboutelizabethmaxwell.com as Gwyn Sildairan! Hard to describe how grateful I am to Elizabeth. Moving to a fully-voiced story was scary for our tiny team, and she immediately showed us just how worth it it was. An immensely talented actor.
