Now that ANE 2026 is but a memory, I wanted to share the slides I made for my panel on character design! I've put together a Google Drive with a PDF version of them, alongside the slides I made for the panel I ran in 2024. Peruse, Download, or even ask me questions! drive.google.com/drive/folder...

Title slide of my Make A Lil Guy Character Design Workshop, for a panel presented at Anthro New England 2026. It features a tiny, silly looking version of my anthropomorphic kangaroo character, Kipperoo, hunched over a drawing tablet with a look of panic.

And that’s another year’s panel complete! Thanks so much to everyone who came, and to those folks who unfortunately got turned away: I’ll be posting a QR code post con that will connect to my slides, so you can at least download those! But also if you see me at the con, don’t hesitate to talk to me!

A semi-self portrait, showing my attendee badge for Anthro New England, and a handful of commissions badges from assorted artists of my kangaroo sona, Kipperoo.

So 2025 has been. A lot. Without going into too much (personal) detail...this may have been one of the worst years of my life? One of the lows to be sure. But I'm (slowly) clawing my way out of it. Trying to post again, but no real schedule. I'm still here, in spite of it all. 💖

Sequence of a cartoonish self-portrait, jumping up into the air, only to faceplant entirely into an exhausted pile of a person.

Text reads: "COMING OUT OF MY CAGE AND I'VE BEEN DOING bad."
