This is Punkin. She was 17, and passed away a few weeks ago. She and I were new moms together, as she came with her 2 day old kitten,I had just given birth when she and her baby entered our lives.A lot of long nights caring for our newborns were spent together.Our babies are 13 now.We all miss her.🧡

I also have this type of echolalia. The songs vary, but each sticks around for weeks at a time, often waking me up from sleep. My youngest child is autistic and has verbal echolalia. He is non-speaking, in the sense that he does not exhibit what neurotypical will identify as “functional” language.
