As part of my health journey, I have been running/walking/jogging. Started a few weeks ago with 1 hour (4miles). That has become my standard. Doing it about 2 time a week, for now. Yesterday I added some dumbbells for added strength training. I am determined to fix this body.

Accepting who and what you are can be empowering or devastating. But it is necessary. One must understand their place and where they belong. It boldens the feelings of self and creates the sense of community. To find that place, tho, can be the real challenge when you don’t quite fit in.
