In a divided opinion, the Ohio Supreme Court ruled that the lot of a future home can't be registered as a voting address. Unless the Arcadia village councilwoman puts up a tent or camper on the lot where the home is going up, she can't register that she lives there. tinyurl.com/y7j2rxkn

The Supreme Court of Ohio rejected the Ohio tax commissioner's belief that a generic drugmaker should pay tax based on the "list price" of the drugs sold to pharmacies. Instead, the company correctly paid tax on the amount customers actually paid for the drugs. www.courtnewsohio.gov/cases/2026/S...

The Ohio Supreme Court says at this time it can't remove former Judge Jon Ickes from the ballot, even though in August, it suspended him for two years and removed him from office.
