Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 07/06/2025Before I forget to tweet this, I beat Doom The Dark Ages the day before Switch 2 came out! Definitely had fun but wasn’t obsessed. The length of this was so much better than Eternal but have to say I’m probably good on Doom for a while. Glad I played this when it came out tho! 030
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 07/06/2025I already know Stranger Than Heaven is going to be one of my favorite games of all time. The vibes alone tell me that This trailer gave me chills 010
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 04/06/2025I’ve been thinking about these cards the last day or so and I actually think they might be top 5 favorite cards of SV era for me. The colors are insane 000
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 29/05/2025But each summer I definitely get sad that there’s no E3 anymore. What a special time that was 😔 010
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 29/05/2025As much as Xbox has been fucking up, I gotta admit that they’re the only ones who try to keep the summer game announcement and events alive. They make me excited every summer for their show and I really appreciate they’re continued support of the old E3 style summer tradition 010
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 28/05/2025Why are they doing this to us 😭😭 WHY?!?! Why is a third of the box art a wall of text and a massive red bar??? 020
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 28/05/2025These were all the pick ups from Momocon this year. I held back because I already got my Japanese merch fill in Japan and I didn’t want to spend more after I bought the big one lol Shoutout to @kaiige10.bsky.social for the games 130
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 21/05/2025Been wanting this one for a while! Love all of the blue and shine. This one is crazy in person 010
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 14/05/2025I beat Expedition 33 today! This was a truly special and incredible experience. Not many games can have such an impactful and unique story while having extremely fun gameplay. Not to mention one of the greatest soundtracks of all time. I’m very excited for Sandfall’s next game 110
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 14/05/2025I beat Danganronpa 2 like last month but I completely forgot to tweet about it. Pretty fun time! It’s been 4 years since I played the first one but I remember liking that one a lot more than this. This one just seemed to drag so much. Still fun just wish it was shorter! 010
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 04/05/2025I got some amazing AR cards too 😍 I can’t believe that Lillie’s Ribombee isn’t an SAR. Some of the best lighting in a Pokemon card ever 030
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 04/05/2025Never posted some of my Pokemon card pickups from Japan. Okacheke is a modern goat 🔥 020
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 28/04/2025Some people will never know the pain of watching One Piece weekly in like 2012/2013. The horrors of Fishman Island and Punk Hazard pacing was true hell 020
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 28/04/2025This very well could be my favorite animated episode of One Piece ever, possibly favorite of any anime. Unbelievably beautiful shots, lighting, animation, direction Kizaru makes so many shots shine. In combo with Gear 5 antics, it’s the perfect combo of fun and beauty 😍 031
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 15/04/2025Every new Pokemon set that’s shown I pray that the hype beast fools say the set doesn’t live up to the hype. Looking at the comments for the new set is bringing me some hope that this will not be Prismatic 2.0 like people talked it up to be I think these cards are sick btw 020
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 12/04/2025I can’t believe this is actually happening 🤩 This feels like the culmination of the entire Jojo series. 13 years of doubt and disbelief that Part 7 would actually be adapted. This is what we were all working towards and it’s finally real 030
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 11/04/2025Still so surreal I actually went to 4 different Pokemon Centers just weeks ago. There are so many more to go to still! I’m mad I missed the Skytree one with the Rayquaza 020
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 08/04/2025More Japan pics. Really feeling the post Japan trip depression these last few days 😔 I want to go back so badly 080
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 05/04/2025The Nintendo Museum could have been my favorite part of the Japan trip. Amazing experience! Rob and I combed over every part of the museum with pure joy. You could only take pictures of the first floor otherwise I’d post many more! 040
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 03/04/2025Not gonna lie this might have been the craziest part of the Direct. I still can’t believe we’re finally getting this. Seeing Path of Radiance, Pokemon XD, and Mario Strikers as future games is so surreal 130
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 02/04/2025That was actually a perfect showcase. Amazing games from first and third party, immense improvements to hardware shown, great pacing. I couldn’t ask for more!! Plus the best announcement which was GameCube Switch Online along with a wireless GameCube controller 😍😍 020
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 28/03/2025I took 334 pictures while in Tokyo so I need to post a few more. So hard to choose which because they’re almost all incredible 020
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 27/03/2025Tokyo has come to a close but next up is Kyoto! Specifically the Nintendo Museum 😃 010
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 15/03/2025Next anime season is the first season in years where I am not interested in a single series. I really hope a series catches on and gets me to watch it 110
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 14/03/2025I listen to this soundtrack and many other Pokemon soundtracks daily and it just makes me yearn for the old days. So many incredible memories and feelings. Take me back!!!!! Featuring my original SoulSilver copy and Lugia preorder bonus from Toys R Us 😉 010
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 14/03/2025I remember this day so distinctly. I got my copy at Toys R Us and played it for 7 hours the first day at my friend’s house. Then for weeks after I would play immediately after school until bedtime in the exact same spot each time Will never get this kind of pure joy and freedom again 😔 010
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 14/03/2025Beat Pirate Yakuza! A little disappointed with this one but still a fun time. The story was kinda weak to me which is my favorite part of Yakuza games but the gameplay is still pretty fun. Also the pirate ship combat wasn’t as tight as I wanted. But definitely worth playing still 010
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 14/03/2025This sounds like the perfect Silent Hill game. The setting is so good. I’m so happy I’m into this series now 010
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 10/03/2025Death Stranding 2 will be the greatest looking game of all time. I keep thinking about these beautiful views. The Decima engine is insane 000
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 10/03/2025Easily my most anticipated game of the year. And almost certainly my game of the year by the end of it! Another Kojima trailer masterpiece. Looks even bigger and more insane than the first game 030
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 27/02/2025And it’s time to reunite with my boymedia.tenor.coma close up of a cartoon character with its mouth open and teeth showing .ALT: a close up of a cartoon character with its mouth open and teeth showing . 020
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 27/02/2025Loving the look of Legends ZA! Lumiose City looks really cool and I’m loving that we finally get actual real time battles like the anime. Only thing I’m nervous about is how big and how much there is in the city. So far looks decent but who knows! Music is going to be top tier again too I’m sure 020
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 27/02/2025Just beat DKC 3! The final game I needed to beat in the series. Had an intense need to play a Nintendo game. I love these games because of the music, vibes, and gameplay in general but this is my least favorite. Still a good, fun game but didn’t have as much creativity. Definitely still had fun tho 030

Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 14/02/2025Witcher 3 is finished! After a 10 year journey, I’ve finally completed Geralt’s quest. Don’t worry I did not start from my 10 year save but what an incredible game it is! Best side quests in any game, amazing music, fun characters, and the story had plenty of twists as well 130
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 13/02/2025Lost Soul Aside looks so sick!!! Looks like if there was a Noctis skin for Stellar Blade 020
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 11/02/2025Why didn’t anyone tell me Geralt is such a lovable and goofy guy? He’s like Arthur Morgan except a witcher instead of cowboy 110
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 21/01/2025First game of 2025 down! Doom Eternal has been waiting for me to play it for years and Dark Ages coming out soon prompted me to finally play it. What a simply fun and exciting experience! I’m so happy these games are continuing to be made because it’s a pure gameplay fun! Nothing else like it 040
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 15/01/2025Got a few new Pokemon card pickups recently! Took a few months off trying to save some money and not fall down the TCG addition path again but it’s starting to creep back again… TOKIYA needs to come back to making Pokemon cards!! Shoutout to Porygon2 040
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 02/01/2025I beat 17 games this year! One of my favorite years of gaming ever. So many amazing games. One of the top things this year was the surprise of how much I loved Silent Hill 2. It felt so good getting immersed in so many excellent JRPG’s too along with beating ME3 and Prime 3, which were long overdue 040
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 01/01/2025Happy New Year! A new year means a new backlog list! I have some high expectations for myself in 2025 because there doesn’t seem to be as many long RPG’s coming out like last year 240
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 31/12/2024With 2024 ending, here is my completed backlog list. I think I did pretty well!Considering all of the JRPG’s that came out this year, it was a challenge to get in any other games. I’m starting up Star Ocean now so I almost fit that one in too but I added it to next year 140
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 31/12/2024Last game beat in 2024 is God of War Ragnarok! Great game overall. Had some issues with pacing and drawn out walking and talking parts but this game has some of the coolest boss fights in any game ever along with the soundtrack. Also Odin is a great villain. Curious to see where the next GoW goes 040
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 28/12/2024So hyped!!! It’s been amazing having Bleach back so this will be sad at the same time as being incredible 030
Dan @dantheman5252.bsky.social · 28/12/2024I can finally stop opening up Pikachu packs 🤩🤩 The grind to get the last two cards I needed for this was brutal 030
