So. I bought this years ago, for over £100 on kickstarter. It’s an augmented reality puzzle box experience thing. I bought it to be a sort of house warming/ongoing house experience. I am now throwing it out without ever using it or solving a single puzzle.

I feel like the recent space marines legends list is my fault. Every time I’ve gotten into 40k in the past they’ve discontinued the army I bought the codex for. I got back into 40K 2 months ago, went with space marines and now they’ve gutted them like this? Are they targeting me? #warhammer40k

Just finished writing book 3 of Bladesong! Final word count on the first pass of ‘The Piercing Blade’ is… 117,821 words for a total of 52 chapters plus 3 intermission chapters (that will probably become 5 when I know what is happening in book 4) Book 1 and 2 are available through my profile link

My army’s very first Warhammer 40k marine painted! It’s an infernus marine sergeant. It is not perfect by any means but I think it is a very good first full go. The marines that will be in its squad will be worse cos they are what I practised on but that’s okay they are still usable Also: wrong base

finally got around to reading Dresden files; Twelve Months a couple days ago and honestly I was a bit underwhelmed. probably second weakest after Peace talks. It didn't feel like a dresden files book. it felt like a collection of disparate events put into a single story. very much a bridge book

I last painted or played with a 40k mini 15 years ago, but I need something to help me unwind and help my mental health that doesn't involve screens, so expect opinions. the first of which is: you should be allowed any space marine faction units in deathwatch, but they should cost 15% more.

As much as I disliked Starmer it does really worry me that no prime minister has been able to complete a full term since Cameron. We really need to get back to the days where either we stop throwing people out at the drop of a hat or we elect people that are good enough to run the country try.
