Just had tomato soup. -Pot of roughly cleaned tomatoes -fat handful of basil -fist oregano -fist thyme -tablespoon salt Hand blender tomatoes after warm. Throw in the rest. Simmer 30 minutes or 2 hours. Fish out herb stems. Food mill w/ finest mesh. Simple soup w/ Alton Brown grilled cheese.
