I've started making my own fresh pasta. It's the kind of thing that you spend 2 hours on for an upgrade a lot of people probably won't notice if you don't tell them you did it, but it does taste better *and* it's the last, best excuse for adults to play with playdough.

Unrelated: the Quick Draw ability is, in the right situation, completely absurd. You can run into the middle of a crowd of battle droids and mow them all down, filling your Advantage bar in the process. It basically turns them into Pac-Man power pellets.

Reading his methodology page, he *does* seem aware that it's not the same thing but then says, effectively, "But I did some arbitrary math so don't worry about it." Oh and he pulls in a bunch of Metacritic user review scores, too. So at least he's transparent about how worthless this is!

I’m excited for tonight’s dinner. I’ve never tried this (or legit Wagyu) before but that marbling sure is purty. Gonna sous vide it at 130f for ~2 hours and then sear, and serve with sautéed mushrooms and caramelized onion with a baked potato and roasted broccoli. Will report back.
