Here's a screenshot of their Subscriber Terms and Conditions. Note I can't find anywhere in the account management screens where you can actually turn off auto-pay - and turning that off just means you have to pay some other way:

This is not correct. I was crunching the numbers, and it wasn't making sense. So I looked up the actual paper the number is from, and it's 1.2% not 12%. Still an effing huge amount of wealth for about 35 people: $1.6T for 35 people...
