When you look up Douglas Luiz scouting report from 23/24 season on FBref the suggested list of similar players includes James Ward-Prowse. Very similar numbers for goal / assists / shot creation in that season. Where they differ is ball carrying & defensive style. #nffc

Swap ‘JWP’ for ‘Chris Wood’ when he first arrived. The guy has not completely lost it overnight having been Prem level for years. Arsenal game was poor, but we were overrun throughout the team. He also still managed to do a tiny bit in possession as well.
