Only had to pay x ray thanks to the vets pulling string with the shelter. Still a lot and definitely going to be eating ramen primarily for the next two months but better than what I braced for. I'm gonna see what I can do for the little fellah. But for now I am also tired. Time for nap.

I pulled a shelter #kitten that was euthanasia list. He was set on being put down today and with the way he was meowing out loud and being fussy (about not eating food), I couldn't just let it be. Going to be taking him to full service vet in couple hours... I hope I can afford whatever is to come

New #fosterkitten. I put him in my pocket because he kept crawling on my foot while I was cooking. He fell asleep in there.

I have never had such mixed feelings over a job in my life as I did working in the animal shelter. Please adopt and not buy pets. Also please consider fostering if you got spare room, time, and/or money.

Apparently foster baby got adopted not even 24 hr after going to adoption center at #animalfoundation I was hoping I could visit the baby one last time too... Anyway, I was in such a complicated mixed funky mood that I got another foster #kitten

Sent away foster baby to be put up for adoption now that he is 8 weeks. TuT I know it's when they are most popular so he'll likely be adopted soon but I felt so bad dropping him back at the kitty jail. Gonna take bit of breather before considering next foster. #kitten

My foster fail Maemi. Well, foster fail mostly cause I couldn't find anyone to adopt him so I ended up keeping him. Black cats are so hard to take good pics of!

Benji has decreed we are no longer sorting our cards and instead should pat him.

I'm holding on. At the turning point of life, I think. More so than I ever anticipated. Hoping to make it into a good one.

I had a nightmare that I got kidnapped by ICE, deported, and my passport stolen. I'm a US born citizen. This is shit. What's worse is that I feel like, as a trans individual, I was treated a lot better in nightmare than irl if it was to actually happen.
