Whew! For a minute there, I thought you were talking about the musician Warren Ellis, who thankfully apparently remains awesome in every respect.

Also, here on Crete, we have the old shepherds who look like Moses, with wild hair and beards that they cut once a year, for Easter. Every now and then, they get pissed off about something, storm the airport, and beat the shit out of the cops with their shepherds’ crooks.
