One technique I use when sculpting eyebals is to pre-bake small spheres and stuff them into the unbaked clay. Makes it easier to work around without distorting.
Anyway, that's not what this is. This is a lump of clay absent-mindedly smushed into a sketchbook. Equal parts cool and annoying.
