Now that The Mario Galaxy Movie is on streaming services, I bought it and made a watchable VHS version for my collection. I recycled a Star Trek Voyager tape, which was just the right length. I then put the box art together based on the official DVD box art, and old VHS movies.

Mini display detailing the upcoming Splatoon Raiders download cards. Never seen download card specific promo materials before, it emphasizes the price difference e between physical and even gives a date for when the download card becomes available which I’ve never seen before.

Got to see The Super Mario Galaxy Movie today! Fun movie! A bit of a lull in the middle but I enjoyed it overall. Still kind of processing it all, really!

Some kind of cleaning cloth. It’s about tough to remember, but I think it was just folded up into that shape and put into some kind of little case. I probably still have it around somewhere!

Dannybiv 🎃 @dannybiv.bsky.social · 21/04/2026

Ooooooo! I don’t think I tried that one out. It looked cool, though!

Unfortunately it’s all the same! Nothing crazy this time around or with the 2023 film!

Wow. Hard to believe that the 3DS launch here in Japan was 15 years ago! This was my haul on that day.

Dude, yes! I haven’t played the AvP game or Gundam, though. With that Gundam game, I saw it at Walmart for years well after it was released and it never went down in price. I was always interested!

I got the chance to go to the Nintendo Museum and Nintendo Kyoto yesterday and today. Wow. So much fun! The first time I’ve been to Kyoto in 8 years. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Though one of the last games I beat this year, it was my favorite. Final Fantasy Tactics was just awesome! I wish I would have played it sooner. Here’s to 2025 and what’s to come in 2026!

I beat Final Fantasy Tactics: The Ivalice Chronicles yesterday. What a game! When it was all said and done, I put in roughly 70 hours into it!

I haven’t seen anything that says it isn’t on the two year cycle. I’d expect some kind of announcement for both a new Spirits and Power Pros in early 2026. Hopefully they can get the games out around the start of the season this time!

8 videos, 5 written hands-on impressions, two Patreon exclusive podcasts, a regular show and social media updates. It was a lot of work, but I'm proud of what we were able to accomplish for coverage of TGS this year. Looking forward to next year and everything else in between!
