Got myself 2 very simple but effective disability aids: a grabber with a magnet on it and a dustpan with a tall handle. Stooping and leaning over are my biggest challenges (headaches/POTS-ish symptoms) and already I feel better after only 5 minutes of using these!

I have watched the reef episode of the BBC’s Blue Planet II many times & I will rewatch it many more. I genuinely wonder if another documentary of this scale & quality will be possible in the near future (or ever again)
