🖼️ Autumn Afternoon, Thomas Little.

A painting of an autumn forest scene; features tall, slender trees, including a prominent white-barked birch tree in the foreground. The trees are covered in yellow and golden leaves. Sunlight filters through the canopy, illuminating the scene. A small red fox is shown walking through a clearing on the forest floor, which is covered in what appears to be white flowers and fallen leaves.

I've just returned from a big adventure in Korea and Bali. I especially enjoyed spending time in Insa-dong and visiting a traditional teahouse in Bukchon Hanok Village. It was an amazing journey and I've returned with lots of new insights and story ideas. I can't wait to get back to work!

Windy Day (Animation Test) I would love to animate some Mystic Woods scenes, but it would take me hundreds of years! However, I couldn't help experimenting with this windy day illustration... #illustration #animation #handdrawn

I won't need to retcon anything. What I've done so far should fit neatly into the expanded world I'm building without any issues (Hopefully)

In previous projects I've done a lot of planning and worldbuilding first, so I'm approaching at this slightly differently, but I'm enjoying the creative process and I'm having lots of fun :) Ep 17 will have a softer "ending" and then I'll start expanding from there...

Certainly! I've been letting the series grow organically which has giving me more insight into the characters, but now I really want to start expanding the world and the narrative :)

Episode 17 will wrap up the current series. At the moment, I'm focused on smaller self contained episodes, but I'm also plotting out some larger overarching themes/narratives for future adventures :)
