A stack of books is my happy place.
Books on a table with the titles: “Multiplication is for White People”, We Do This Till We Free Us, Sister Outsider, Why Are All The Black Kids Sitting Together In The Cafeteria?, Are Prisons Obsolete?

“Shhhhh! Knock off that crunching noise! Pass it on!”
A giant foot in the floor with insect legs sticking out from under it. A line of cartoon roaches walking away from the foot and passing the message down the line: “Shhhhhh! Knock off that crunching noise! Pass it on!”

See examples of the anti-Palestinian racism in Sarah Glidden's "How to Understand Israel in 60 Days or Less". I asked, "How is this possible? You knew 12 year olds were being tortured." Sarah- "I didn't." Me- "You did, because you read Joe Sacco." Sarah had no reply to this, she just looked down.
Maybe it wasn't personal. Arabs just got in the way.

Tho children's corpses about 7 years old are laying on the brick cobblestones. The child's body closest to the viewer has their legs mangled and a man has just placed the legs near the body, but they are not attached. Both legs have been mutilated. It is unclear how the further child's body has been injured, but the boy is also lifeless.

Trump is ignoring Netanyahu, working with other regional leaders to try to end the war, while Sanders is making sure not to support a boycott of Israel. Sanders supported boycots for Apartheid South Africa, but won't do that to the far more brutal Apartheid Israel.

"harming people in Gaza" has got to be out of the transcripts of Fox News and/or the New York Times. The coverage is remarkably similar. As if "the Israeli forces" are calling names and "harming" feelings. Completely ignoring how the US enables and condones all the "harming".

A skeletal palestinian girl, maybe 8 or nine years old, wearing a dark blue tank top, thin and dry scraggly hair, shows a picture of herself on a phone from before she was starving, from when she was healthy. "I miss my hair the most." reads the caption quote.

Harris' legacy: The Israeli vote to annex Gaza and expel Palestinians makes undeniable obvious that, whether they like it or not, and whether they accept this truth or not, all those who defended Israel over the last 77 years functioned as advocates for a colonial genocide.

Daniel @danieldavidson.bsky.social · 06/05/2025
There was no "progress" It was a complete siege and active bombing campaign of a genocide. A vote for Harris, was a vote for that. It's easy not to vote for it, actually. see? Bet you still vote for it, even after seeing this.
An emaciated girl, probably 8 years old, ribs look like a mountain rang across her chest, knees show her skeleton, wearing a dark blue tank top, showing us the screen of a phone with her picture before starvation. In the picture she has a wry smile and is healthy.

And you're arguing with Ariel Sharon, among countless other Apartheid Israeli officials who all say and said the same thing. Also, here's a 1961 quote from Apartheid South Africa's Prime Minister:
Ariel Sharon (Former Prime Minister)
Ariel Sharon once remarked: "It is the duty of Israeli leaders to explain to public opinion, clearly and courageously... that there is no Zionism, colonization, or Jewish State without the eviction of the Arabs and the expropriation of their lands.""They took Israel away from the Arabs after the Arabs lived there for a thousand years," said South African prime minister Hendrik Verwoerd in 1961. "In that, I agree with them. Israel, like South Africa, is an apartheid state."

Daniel @danieldavidson.bsky.social · 02/05/2025
worse than Apartheid South Africa in it's brutality and segregation. Apartheid Israel, by law, stipulates that it must remain 80% Jewish to keep it a Jewish State. It's Jewish supremacy. It's settler colonialism, it's demographics, it's ethnic cleansing, it's holocaust. bsky.app/profile/mira...

When you look at actions, not slogans or mission statements, what are the police protecting?
When looking at actions rather than mission statements or slogans, police in many places are often seen as primarily protecting:
• Property and economic interests, especially of businesses, governments, and wealthier communities.
• Existing power structures, including social hierarchies and political authority.
• Public order, often defined by laws that prioritize stability over equity.
These patterns can be observed in how police respond to protests, prioritize enforcement in different neighborhoods, and allocate resources.

"but Hamas" -Israeli proverb. There will always be resistance to occupation. Every occupation in the history of the world has generated it. If not Hamas, it will be some other armed group, as long as Israel remains impossible to deal with, torturous, and cruel.
“Zionism is a colonization adventure and therefore it stands or falls by the question of armed force. It is important... to speak Hebrew, but, unfortunately, it is even more important to be able to shoot.”

Since I'm not supporting killing people based on their ethnicity like you are, calling me a bigot is your admission to bigotry. You disagree with dozens of Israeli officials, who know way more about Israel as an occupation than you do. We choose to believe them, instead of you. Sorry, you wrong.
Tamir Pardo former Mossad Chief

And that ICJ worker is spinning like crazy. The ICJ decision is not what she described. It’s clear the BBC had her on expressly to spin it like that.
In its Provisional Measures Order of 26 January 2024, the ICJ expressly held that South Africa’s allegations “appear to be capable of falling within the provisions of the Convention.” In other words, the Court found that at least some of the acts and omissions alleged by South Africa against Israel in Gaza were plausible genocidal acts under the Genocide Convention—enough so to warrant binding interim measures to prevent possible genocide, preserve evidence, and ensure humanitarian aid.

Daniel @danieldavidson.bsky.social · 22/04/2025
Nobody believes you because you lie all the time. Even if you take this person’s spin any face value, what genocide do Palestinians face that their rights need to “plausibly be defended against”? I asked this before and you ignored it, so I expect you to do so again.

Yossi Sarid, former Apartheid Israel Environment Minister, in 2008:
“[T]he white Afrikaners, too, had reasons for their segregation policy; they, too, felt threatened… Unfortunately, however, all good reasons for apartheid are bad reasons; apartheid always has a reason, and it never has a justification. lol. Bullshit. You also disagree with every global human rights organization who understands Israel as an occupation. Even the practitioners of Apartheid South Africa knew Israel was 💯 apartheid. Of course, Mandela and Tutu both cited Apartheid Israel as worse than South Africa.
Former African Nationals Congress Chairperson and South African anti-apartheid activist Baleka Mbete said after visiting Palestine that the “Israeli regime is not only comparable, but far worse than Apartheid South Africa.”“They took Israel away from the Arabs after the the Arabs lived there for a thousand years,” said South African prime minister Hendrix Verwoerd in 1961. “In that, I agree with them. I’m posting again about Fadi Shubair, to the right, because I just learnt that when he was killed yesterday, he was in a barber tent having his hair cut for his wedding.
Killed with him were his two siblings, Hudayfah and Said, brothers of the bridegroom. Pictures below show three siblings, one in his 20s, on in his 30s, and one less than 10, all killed by Israeli and American bombs. Another picture shows a female mourner grieving over Fadi’s corpse, solemnly placing his foot to her lips, possibly because it’s the most intact part of him left.

A man is wearing a white outfit with his torso rising out of a large group of shirtless men. He is smiling and speaking into a microphone to his mouth. His other arm is raised above his head victoriously. He is happy to be freed after being convicted of raping Palestinian prisoners. The crowd is celebrating his freedom.
