This house in Champion Rd Tennyson, was once home to James Squire. Ryde Council have approved the demolition of this gorgeous Federation home. Why can't we keep just a bit of heritage? Sydney used to have a grocer on every street corner. Now there are Real Estate Agents, literally on every corner.

Outspoken tech rant incoming. This is EXACTLY why the people in charge of tech are to blame for many things that go wrong. You adopt a chip that can manage temperature remotely. That's amazing! Practical use? Refrigeration - should not allow heating to 50*C! TL;DR: The issue IS NOT THE EXPLOIT.

We took 2 hours to shoot his pieces, using a large cloth backdrop I carry. We created 3 sides to block out as much light as possible (of course I forgot to take a Behind the Scenes photo!). His works are unique and come straight from his creativity and skilful hands. (2/3)

I’ve been for a very cathartic walk through one of Sydney’s most beautiful suburbs with my daughter - Glebe. Barely metres from busy roads you will find stunning, quiet neighbourhoods. Sure the demographic has changed remarkably, but you can’t help but admire the history and beauty.

The Gold Coast was built on the image of places such as Florida with canals and waterways feeding from the coast and other bodies of water. Virtually all reclaimed land. So when the water table rises, all of a sudden the owners of these dream properties will have water between their toes.

Incredibly big-up ... the BIGGEST ups to my son and his crew yesterday for completing the #KokodaChallenge 48km walk yesterday in the Gold Coast Hinterland. Incredible effort. Started at 10am, finished just shy of midnight. A truly remarkable feat of endurance.

About 8 weeks ago I started umpiring AFL. Umpire contact is non-negotiable. Now AFL have ok'ed a melee, including serious umpire contact. In no other footy league in the country is this acceptable. The fact Collingwood avoid these sanctions time after time has become a running joke.
