I agree with your review. The best parts of the game is the components for the full game. I played it the Maximum Chrome version last weekend again and I still love the chaos. We tend to die fast in this game so maybe a hybrid use of maybe 1 pit stop would be fun.

What I love about the game is even when a player doesn’t win they can look at their accomplishments (routes completed). While I play to win, I don’t feel the need to win. What I do want is to feel like I accomplished something and if I win I want others to feel like they accomplished something.

I have enjoyed every version of this game. I remember a friend bringing out a new game Iwari and 1 minute into the rules teach I knew it was a new version of the classic. Never thought it needed a component upgrade but it was nice.

I followed your Five & Dimes for years. One thing it highlighted to me is how little I play games compared to others. It is rare that I get few dimes in a year. But for me the Five and Dime was the best kind of “review” to me. If you liked something enough to play 10 times, it is worth a try.

The Greatbow Archers are amazing. The only common to this point that I want a third set. I will say I am concerned with the amount that is coming out next year and the price increases. I think I will have to be more selective about what I buy.

I own it but have never played it. For some reason when I got the big box, I lost all interest in playing it. It was first and the last big box that I ordered. I wish I would have just bought the base game. I would be easier to carry and less of a monument to materialism.
