I think this fits into the Nature is Metal Category. On our Urban Wildlife walk on Friday we saw this Bald Eagle with its latest meal, a Gull. @morganheim.bsky.social the leader of our event spotted this right as we were wrapping up the walk - she's amazing btw, and you should go see her work.

A cold January morning in Zion National Park. Minhaz and I ventured up the trail that leads to the narrows with all the crazies in waders in low 20°ish temperatures this morning and the light was so direct and beautiful. It doesn’t look that cold, but it was on another level. #landscapephotography

Happy Wednesday! This is one of my favorite places to go when the snow, and ice star piling up! But, We've just about arrived at full melt, when this one will be enormous with snow melt from Mt Hood. Might be time for a revisit.
