#35 Crow Country Spooky month game #1! Wanted to play this for a long time. It didn't disappoint at all. A really good video game that brings everything together in, genuinely, one of the most impressive endings to a game I've seen. It's funny too! Really has it all in a neat little package.

113 cavalry units run me over and I'm crushed. Play on Hard and do some bonus objectives and get some good rng, pretty simple and natural progression here. Did have to play the first few chapters to do one thing though mrgrgr.

Checkmate, Atheists is an achievement in here and that's really important.

#34 Dark Deity Fire Emblem brainworms got me to play this on a whim. And it was pretty great actually. A fun throwback to GBA era with some extra shine. Story was fine, some great characters, can do fun stuff with classes. Jank and bugs is just that indie heart coming through too.

#32 Fire Emblem Engage The toku show tribute edition of Fire Emblem. Really, I feel like that covers the game entirely. Enjoyable and kind of absurd, nobody will ever remember the main story. Great cast of fucking weirdos. Did play great though. Goldmary unexpectedly won the wife war.

I named it Melon and this is so fucking sad.

#35 Artemis A mostly likeable, kind of unlikeable protagonist (complimentary) guides a pretty fun heisty mystery type story to a somewhat satisfying conclusion. Read by Rosario Dawson, which was a nice treat. Not much else to say on this one, it was a fine time.

#31 Batomon Showdown Oh god it's crack. I'm considering this 'complete' because I won with every first region monster. Really it just means I can put 25 hours into the next region. It's sweaty and gross now in the upper ranks but that just makes winning better. This is what I do before travelling.

A lot of the flagshagger's work looks like this now. Tattered remants of a flag that never really meant anything to them. Not maintained or replaced, looking like domed world video game storytelling. Wasn't about pride or the realm, it was to hop on a trend and make people feel bad. Cool!

Played the demo of a game called Catechesis. Honestly I did it mostly to pop a friend and the trailer looked interesting enough. One hour later I am SO GRIPPED, I want to throw this at other people and see what happens. Clearly a game that has been cooked with a vision and some love.

#30 Onimusha: Way of the Sword Capcom's winning streak continues. Full of heart and full of parrying and those are two of my favourite things. A really damn fine video game. Will enjoy putting my brain in a vice to play again on "the fights are worse >:)" difficulty. TO LIVE IS TO SUFFER, ENJOY IT!

#51 Die Another Day This was a pleasant surprise! I thought this movie was gonna suck from memory, but it was... fine? Not great, but nowhere near the lows. Great fencing scene, on the funny/campy side for sure, nobody phones it in. Effects were really bad tho. Enjoyed it. Brosnan will be missed.

Haha, it's funny because he has an alcohol problem.

They got Madonna to say cockfights so that's pretty cool.

Brosnan's last shot as Bond is him giving it to a very game Halle Berry so like... he did pretty good!

#50 The World is Not Enough A friend joined me on this because it was his favourite. Brosnan is in top form as usual but this one does get a bit cartoonish in some of the things that happen. A fine film with fun parts. Mostly important for being the last appearance of the legendary og Q. RIP, sir.

#49 Tomorrow Never Dies This was always my favourite before this watch them all idea and it still is. It's so good. Brosnan's Bond is perfect movie man, the villain is easily EASILY the greatest in the entire movie series. It's so so much fun, everyone kills it again, it's just clever enough. Mwah.

#48 Goldeneye Oh man. I grew up with Brosnan and I'm so biased, but this was my favourite. I remembered like half of it. He's the exact line between the edgier and campy movie Bond. This was so good. So iconic. The song! The lines! The characters! The tank chase!!! I was giddy about it throughout.

#28 Skyward Sword HD Wow. Went into this to continue my vs irrational hater arc and fill in a Zelda gap. I wouldn't have believed for a second this flawed, wonderful game would get such a positive response from me. It's half amazing, half full of design choices to piss me off. And I love it dearly.
