51. Lanterns Despite the odd concept, this show still ended up being a really great way to introduce this side of DC. Hal and John are both fun to follow, the mystery is really investing, and it leaves the door open for future stories going forward. Another great addition to the DCU.

50. Forgotten Island Definitely feels rushed in places, but this movie has enough good to balance out. Jo and Raissa’s friendship is emotionally gripping, the animation is some of Dreamworks best, and the emotional message is really well done. That ending especially hit home for me in a big way.

49. Unbreakable Decided to fully watch this for the first time and it’s really well done. Both Willis and Jackson are great in their roles, the mysterious atmosphere fits the tone of the film, and that twist makes everything click into place. Crazy it took them 17 years to follow this up.

48. South Park: The Fractured But Whole Just as much fun as Stick of Truth. Not sure if I fully prefer it as I had a bit more fun with the former, but this game still rocks. The new gameplay isn’t too complicated, all the characters are fun to play, and the story is even more insane than before.

47. Lego Ninjago: Masters of Spinjitzu Season 1 Just realized I forgot to log this after finishing it a few weeks back. Pretty solid start to the show with a lot more emotional storytelling than I expected. The animation definitely shows its age, but I still had an overall fun time watching it.

46. Daredevil Season 3 The perfect balance between both Season 1 and 2’s shining attributes. Every character is their best writing wise, the action is on another level, and this season has full cemented Daredevil as one of my favorite marvel characters ever. Optimistic going into Born Again.

45. Coyote vs Acme Even if this movie was terrible, I still would have been glad that it didn’t get stuck in the WB vault. Luckily, this movie is an absolute blast. Amazing comedy, a surprisingly gripping story, and above all, this movie feels like Looney Tunes. Please watch it if you can.

I have no words. I never would have expected to lose 3 legends 3 days in a row, or for them to be some of the most inspiring performers in all of entertainment. RIP to Dolly Parton, Tim Curry, and especially Peter Cullen. Thank you for being such amazing people. “Be strong enough to be gentle.”

44. South Park: The Stick of Truth Had way more fun with this than I expected. It was nice exploring the town, the combat was really fun, and it was cool interacting with all the characters despite not having seen the show. Plus the writing is on point. Probably will check out the sequel later.

43. My Adventures With Superman Season 3 Kinda similar to X-Men ‘97 where it is a step down from the previous season, but still an overall solid package. Though this one feels even more rushed due to changing the plot halfway through and some annoying characters. Still really hope this continues.

42. Six The Musical Not much to say on this one. Just a fun concept for a musical with some great performances and music, alongside some hilarious jabs at each of the wives’ histories. While not as grand as other musicals, this still stands out in a unique way and I had a great time with it.

41. Paper Mario: The Thousand Year This game lived up to the hype and then some! From the fun battle system, to your unique allies, to the cool overarching story, this has easily made it into my top 5 favorite Mario games ever and I can’t wait to check out more of this series later down the road.

40. X-men ‘97 Season 2 Still really well done but an unfortunate step down from Season 1. The animation is still spectacular and the characters are well developed, but the story just feels not as well focused and the ending felt pretty rushed. Still really excited for what Season 3 holds though.

39. The Defenders Not amazing in terms of story, but still an overall fun way to bring these street tiers together. The characters and action are mostly good and it closes the book on the Hand in a neat way. Also, this show is required viewing for anyone binging Daredevil for reasons I won’t spoil.

38. House of the Dragon Season 3 An overall improvement from Season 2 while not quite surpassing Season 1. The pacing is a bit off for some of it especially towards the beginning, but the story still feels strong and leads toward an insane finale. Still excited to see how this ends.

37. The Odyssey Nolan has once again struck gold with this one. Everything in this movie feels so grand. The cinematography, the acting, and even the visuals feel larger than life and work in tandem with Nolan’s amazing storytelling. Absolutely deserves the hype it’s been getting.

36. Spider-Man: Brand New Day Words cannot describe how meaningful this movie is to me. It fully understands what makes Spider-Man a hero. Pair that with his great dynamics with other characters, plus the stunning action, and you have one Spectacular film. What a way to bring the Webhead back.

35. The Punisher: One Last Kill While simple in terms of story, I still found this really investing. It’s pretty horrifying getting a look into Frank’s psyche, and Jon Bernthal’s performance is still phenomenal. The action is crazy as well. Overall another solid presentation, hoping for more.

34. Daredevil Season 2 Definitely not as good as Season 1. While everything to do with the Punisher is amazing, the season suffers a lot from having to balance several major plots that have basically no connection to each other. Not bad by any means, but still a step down overall. 7.5/10

33. Hadestown: The Musical Absolutely lives up the hype I have seen for it. Not only is the story so beautifully tragic thanks to the amazing story and cast, but the music and unique message also make this stand out in such a big way. Easily one of the best broadway shows I have seen in a while.

32. My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission Decided to finally finish watching the MHA movies and this one feels the most like a movie out of them so far. The story is engaging, the animation is insane, and the new characters are really interesting. Yet another strong showing overall.

31. Tarzan As far as I know, this is the first time I have ever seen this movie in its entirety. And while not as grand or magical as some of its predecessors, its lively animation and unique soundtrack still make it a nice way to close out the Disney renaissance. 8/10

30. Hazbin Hotel Season 2 Still a bit of a mess when it comes to story and script, but what this season does right, it does right. The songs are even grander than before and most of the characters are still fun to watch. Not flawless obviously, but still a step up from Season 1. 7.5/10

29. The Hunchback of Notre Dame This legitimately took my breath away. Even despite the talking gargoyles and slight overuse of slapstick, this film’s presentation is unlike any other in Disney’s catalogue. The songs, themes, and characters are also some of the studio’s all time best. 9/10

28. Pocahontas Definitely deserves to be known as the black sheep of the Disney Renaissance. Other than Colors of the Wind, everything in this movie is just a bore. All the characters are bland, the animation looks weird, and I need not mention the messy portrayal of history here. 4/10

27. Aquaman and The Lost Kingdom About as mid as I expected it to be. There are some fun character moments and action scenes, but the story feels convoluted and Black Manta especially disappointed me. Fitting for the DCEU to go out on such a middle of the road project. 5/10

26. Among Us (2026) Way better than I ever thought it would be when it was first announced. The characters are all fun, a lot of the jokes had me on the floor, and the show does actually capture the dark tone of the game really well. Hope this gets picked up for a Season 2. 9/10

24. Detective Pikachu Not much to say on this, just a nice little adventure showing major love for Pokémon as a franchise. And surprisingly, the CG didn’t look half bad. Some things weren’t explained amazingly, but I still had a fun time with this and might check out more Pokémon later. 7/10

21. Ratchet and Clank (2016) My introduction to this franchise and I am already feeling hooked. The combat is fun, the worlds are cool, and the characters are fun to follow. Despite still enjoying the movie, I can definitely say the game is an overall better experience. 9/10

19. Hoppers Absolutely agree with the consensus of this being one of Pixar’s wildest films. The characters are fun, the story goes in much crazier directions than expected, and that animation lets some scenes get insane. The villain’s expressions especially are actual nightmare fuel. 8/10

18. The Rescuers Down Under Forgot to add this to the thread, but that might be because this film isn’t that special overall. The visuals are pretty cool for its time and the villain has his moments, but the film just feels like a standard adventure that comes and goes without any impact. 6/10

17. The Little Mermaid Kinda shocking to think I hadn’t seen this movie in its entirety until now. That is not because of its quality though. It makes complete sense how this was what started the Disney Renaissance especially with its great songs and characters. Sebastian is iconic. 8/10

15. Lego Batman: Legacy of The Dark Knight Been a while since I have logged a game. And this is quite the one to come back with. This transcends being just a Lego game at points. The world, the combat, the references, this doesn’t just work as a tribute to Batman, but also Lego as a whole. 10/10
