ICYMI: Ben Shapiro called Hannah Einbinder “as Jewish as a ham sandwich” and lobbed a homophobic attack against Matt Bernstein while criticizing their support for Mark Ruffalo. The ham sandwich line has been Shapiro’s go-to insult about Jews he doesn’t like for years. It’s antisemitic and wrong.

Went and saw The Odyssey last night. I liked it although it does seem a bit soon for a remake of Oh Brother. Granted Nolan’s style is v different compared to the Coen’s. Also I hear a very long poem is in the works as a tribute to both movies which is kind of cool if you’re into that sort of thing

This will not end w/ voting rights. The fundamental premises of these SCOTUS opinions are: 1) Anti-discrimination is actually unconstitutional discrimination; 2) Intentional discrimination isn't actionable if any alternative rationale is presented. It's the beginning of the end of civil rights law.
