I had the great privilege to see the incomparable Mary Gauthier and her partner Jaime Harris perform in Halifax, NS, at an intimate venue, the Carleton. This was the second time I've seen them perform, and once again, they didn't disappoint!!

My latest paintings. I'm still a beginner, but I'm enjoying the process, and it's been a very healthy distraction. Music and art are my therapy.

My latest, and so far, my best watercolor landscape painting. I'm basically teaching myself by watching tutorials online.

This is a couple more of my artwork. I'm relatively new to painting with watercolor, so, these are me trying out different techniques and some new brushes that I got.

A silhouette of my middle son at Halls Harbour, NS, Canada at sunset. I thought it was worth a share. So beautiful.

Pics I took on my bike ride this morning. What an absolutely perfect, peaceful way to start the day! Happy Saturday, folks.

This is SO true. I've been scrolling a LOT less these days. It's made a huge difference to my overall mental health. I read, listen to music, and get outdoors as much as possible.
