Which do you prefer when you're reading a book - hardback or softback? Or have you switched to ebooks and audio books now? What are your preferences and why? I personally like the feel of a hardback book, but like the flexibility of reading ebooks so I can change the font size if needed.

Doing research for a character or storyline takes a lot of time (more so if your story is based on a real event). I much prefer writing to researching, but for my novel to be accurate I need to do it. As a reader, do you notice if something isn't quite right or does it not bother you?

High school is about learning of course but more importantly it's about lifelong friendships, loyalty and discovering who you are. As I write A Death in Hartsend it reminds me of all the friends I made at high school and how much so many of them still mean to me to this day. What do you remember?
