Something a little different today! My three year old daughter wanted the Venomcrawler that came with the Obliterators. She named him Pokey and he is her best friend. She "helped" paint it rainbow! Everyone say hi to Pokey. #miniaturepainting #wh40k #warhammer #nerdlings #chaos #chaosspacemarines

A venom crawler with red body, orange legs, yellow spikes, green mouth, tongue, and eyes, blue tipped tentacles, and purple guns.

Fun fact: if you start a Dark Angels army and then start a CSM army, Cypher is free. Cypher on the left and custom Lieutenant with Combi on the right. Primed them today, still got to paint them. Not shown the lieutenant's old chainsword with purity seals for each fallen squad mate #wh40k #warhammer

Custom Cypher made from Intercessor and ICC parts.

Custom Lieutenant with Combi Weapon made from spare parts and kits.

Happy St. Patty's Day! Post something green! Right now I'm working on purple so this is all the green I got lol

Lion El'Johnson in his dark green armor with green cape and hood.

Finished the Chaos Lord with Jump Pack! Really like how he turned out and especially happy with the eye on his belt. Now to try and finish the Warptalons he will be leading! #miniaturepainting #wh40k #warhammer #nerdlings #chaosspacemarines

A chaos lord with jump pack. The armor is purple with silver trim and lightning claws. He has yellow eyes, a yellow loincloth, and a yellow Eye of Horus on his belt. The horns on his helmet are a beige/brown and so are the spikes and skulls on his jet pack.

I normally wait till the mini is more done, but I'm really liking this one so far! Still have some cleanup to do and a few more details painted, but I love my Chaos warband so far. #miniaturepainting #wh40k #warhammer #nerdlings #chaos

Not Ify also trying to get me into Trench Crusade! I just got this guy painted up, and I can't leave anymore gray in my pile of shame before I start on Trench Crusade, unfortunately.

Hellblaster Sergeant for my Dark Angels Successor chapter, The Broken Blades. He still needs based and I'm going to attempt a free hand for the chapter logo, but he is done for now. #miniaturepainting #wh40k #warhammer #nerdlings #darkangels

Space Marine Hellblaster sergeant. His helmet, shoulders, and knees are green with a light green reflection. He has bronze Aquila and trim. His main armor and powerpack are gray. He holds a plasma pistol that's black with silver barrel and cylinder. The plasma is florescent orange. He has a plasma rifle tucked under his arm that has the same colors as the pistol. He has a brown belt and pouches and holster. He has spare silver ammo cartridges on his belt with a gold relic.

Finally an art update! Lion El'Johnson! Primarch of the Dark Angels! Had this guy for nearly a year and finally got him painted. Turned out great, but I see ways I can improve and will be using that info going forward. #miniaturepainting #wh40k #warhammer #nerdlings #darkangels

If you see this, quote repost with a sword I know he's the last thing I posted, but I love this sword so much.

Azreal with his banner, gun, and sword. The sword is made to have a molten effect going from red, to orange to yellow, with flecks of black for hardened molten steel. He is in his standard green power armor with red winged helmet and beige robes.

So I (finally) finished Azreal! This was a lot of work, and he looks fantastic. I'm really proud of his sword! I know his little scenery piece isn't there, I'm going to do that later, but he is effectively done. #miniaturepainting #wh40k #warhammer #nerdlings #darkangels

I've started painting Azreal after playing my first low points game of 40k! I love the game, but my ICCs needed help, so they get the GOAT. This banner is the best thing I think I've painted to date. #miniaturepainting #wh40k #warhammer #nerdlings #darkangels

Azreal's banner and powerpack. The angel is in green robes, white wings, beige bones, red sword, and a brown belt with a bronze buckle. There are orange flames in the background with red trim around the banner. The Azreal text is aged and the purity seal on it is aged as well with script on it. The powerpack is green with skulls on the exhausts. The skulls are aged bone color with dark brown crevices and black eyes and nose.

The squads all here! Finished up the Inner Circle Companions, and I'm pretty pleased with the results. I still need to do basing, but for now, they are done. Going to assemble the rest of the box apart from Lion next. #miniaturepainting #wh40k #warhammer #nerdlings #darkangels

Six Inner circle companions with green armor, gold trim, screamer pink robes with burgundy shadows. Hooded with the same color as the robes. Helmet is green with red eyes. Carries a large silver sword with gold guard and hilt. The ornament on the green powerpacks billows smoke on some of them. They have gray ropes and Aquila. Small highlights of lighter green, smoke trails from light gray to black.

Inner circle companion with green armor, gold trim, screamer pink robes with burgundy shadows. Hooded with the same color as the robes. Helmet is green with red eyes. Carries a large silver sword with gold guard and hilt. The ornament on his green powerpack billows smoke behind him. He has gray ropes and Aquila. Small highlights of lighter green, smoke now trails from light gray to black and has a wash over the metal to make it look a bit dirty/battleworn. He is in a running position holding his sword with both hands.

Reposting because I forgot tags and something in the alt text. Completed the first Inner Circle Companion! No decals and vanish until I get the others done. Smoke was tough and I tried some new stuff. Overall, pretty happy with it. #miniaturepainting #wh40k #warhammer #nerdlings #darkangels

Terminators complete! Lots of learning on these guys. Never assembled a mini before and never painted ones with such detail. Also, had to do sub assembly for the heads, which I learned I'm ill equipped for. Had lots of fun though! #miniaturepainting #wh40k #warhammer #darkangels
