All in museums. Mostly in the Gran Museo Maya and the Museum of Anthropology. Both in Mérida, Yucatán. Some are from the Chichem Itza Museum. I wish I had found them! However, I found some trilobites in Morocco and posted pictures of them around March and April.

I find the geometric motifs in Maya ceramics very interesting. The combination of repeating patterns, lines and curves creates a distinctive visual language. I have no idea of what they mean. #Maya #Archaeology
