The rain tonight couldn’t decide if it wanted to cut the power to the house tonight. The lights flickered, then went out, and then turned on, flickered again, then decided “yes” to cutting power, but only long enough to reset the clocks and then come back on. All this while I am cooking dinner.

Today, I had a bad day at the gym. My trainer took measurements. We compared the figures to measurements taken months ago, and little has changed. I know I'm getting muscular. I can see it and feel it. However, I would think it should be more obvious changes.
