I do love to meditate in the dark of night (although a pup keeps squeaking a toy. They can't be trusted to roam house at night yet) but am going in to try. What a weird intense day I had. Lots of patterns swirling up, I suspect spiraling out, w physical tingling, tinnitus. Wishing you a Good night🥱🖤
