Today, my girl, Daisy (Siamese cat), turned 12. She is my sweet baby girl. Happy birthday, Daisy. I love you.😺😻❤️🎂🎈🎉🎊

I have Daisy on my lap again. She threw up a hairball. Poor baby. But it's good she gets ut out. Soon after she had the urge to roll over sideways. I always wonder why she does that. I told my vet, she said its nothing to worry about. But I still do. Because, yes, its random, but its .

Lily is doing good too. I got them both new carriers. Lily needs to lose weight, so keeping treats from her takes getting used to, but she's adjusting. She just licks her wet food, I wish she would eat the meat too. Picky furbaby. She does sometimes. She finally had a successful vet visit, yay!

The new cat carrier. I think she likes it.

The old cat carrier. A bit flimsy. This is at her vet visit last week.

It's been awhile since I have posted. Life is busy. The girls keep me busy. Daisy is doing ok. She still vomits from time to time. But I have noticed since cutting off chicken in her wet food she doesn't vomit as much. The same with cheese. We steam chicken for her & she keeps it down, yay.

She was resting next to us as we watch a TV show.

It's time to start reminding people: LILIES ARE DEADLY FOR CATS. The leaves, the petals, the stem, even drinking a bit of vase water or licking a few grains of pollen from their fur can cause fatal kidney failure. ⚠️ www.fda.gov/animal-veter...

Every state should ban declawing cats; it's cruel; you are amputating a knuckle. Imagine amputating your first knuckle on every finger on both hands; that's what's done to cats. youtube.com/shorts/0MhsK...

An important video on self-cleaning litter boxes & their safety. The stories about the accidents are so incredibly sad. I cannot begin to imagine what those families went through. Please share this very important video and how your furbaby can stay safe. youtu.be/xepC3-Ia9ho

I am being held captive by a beautiful siamese cat named #Daisy. She whines until she gets her way. It has to be this side of the blanket. She doesn't like anything else. I always give in. How can I say no to this cutie. I can't say no to #Lily either. My outside #ferals I'll say no to some things.

Daisy is taking a quick nap next to me. After she did biscuits on me. She's a happy girl.

This is from yesterday. She likes the mail rubbed in her, and then she sits on it. Lol. The ribbon is from a new blanket I opened. See what I mean? I can't refuse that sweet face.

I got another cat scratcher for this room, the other two are in the living room. I thought they might like one in here. They have another scratching post, but I know how much they love sitting in this type. #Lily is loving it. She fell asleep on it. #Daisy hasn't noticed it yet. #DaisyLilyxo

Lily is sitting on the new scratcher/bed.

I was just started by the loud sound of an amber alert. Please share even if you don't live in the area. Someone may see this that can help.

Daisy and Lily @daisylilyxo.bsky.social · 15/03/2024

I am so disappointed 😒 with Daisy, she went potty on one of the scratcher beds in the living room. The fact they are made of cardboard makes it difficult to clean it. I was able to clean it pretty well and thought about soaking that one area with some Pinesol or something. I don't know yet.

It has been a rough week. I took her to the vet, sadly the morning I gave her the calming pill I think she may have spit it out. Because she went feral on the vet and assistant. They barely could do anything for her. It broke my heart. I felt I was going to cry.

16 hours ago - I'm a bit concerned about Daisy. She has not gotten around like she normally does since last night (Monday night). I hope it passes whatever it is. She ate this morning but hasn't asked for food again yet. Her vet appointment isn't until the end of next month.
