Our new paper: doi.org/10.1111/1471... We followed the introduction of uterine transplantation in the UK for over six years. Using a range of qualitative methods, this case study captures how complex surgical innovation unfolds in practice. An incredible project to be part of.

We are keen to understand how equity, diversity, and inclusion are considered in early phase surgical studies: shorturl.at/dfjlM This will inform our work on generating incremental evidence, so that findings can be relevant to a wider populations. Such a complex but important area.
