This year's edition featured a new 6.15 km course leading more through the TUM Campus Weihenstephan. A particularly nice aspect of the revised route was the opportunity to see and cheer on teammates multiple times throughout the race.

With two mixed teams of DaiSyBio, CompMS, and friends at the start, we had a great group out there despite the rain ☔ . A special highlight: our first team placed 16th out of 103 teams 🎉

Last Wednesday, our DaiSyBio team proudly joined the 12th TUM Campuslauf in Garching for an unfortunately very rainy, but still incredibly fun, 5.5 km race. 🏃‍♂️‍➡️🌧️🏃‍♀️

Drugst.One DREAM extends the Drugst.One platform with pathway enrichment, community detection, directed protein interactions, cellular localization visualization, and interactive network editing, all integrated into a fully web-based and user-friendly interface.

With Drugst.One DREAM, we aimed to bridge this gap by providing an interactive and user-friendly platform for refining disease modules and supporting drug repurposing workflows.

Complex diseases are often driven by interconnected molecular mechanisms, but translating computational disease modules into actionable therapeutic insights still requires substantial expert curation.

Amazing news from DaiSyBio! As the first official DaiSyBio PhD student, Alexander Dietrich successfully defended his thesis, “Advanced Methods for Cellular Composition Inference from Bulk Molecular Profiles,” on February 24th and, as of yesterday, can officially be called Dr. Dietrich.

Overall, the workshop fostered in-depth discussions on research challenges, collaboration strategies, and future directions for the work with population cohorts.
