Reference Sheet for Dahlyah complete! This masterpiece was skillfully created by @galacticatart.bsky.social, an old friend with an undeniable eye for detail! I'm over the moon to finally have a ref sheet for my Dark Iron gal, and it turned out better than I ever could have imagined!

A reference sheet for a Dark Iron Dwarf. Top left is a front and back view of the character from head to toe, showcasing ashen grey skin, red hair and eyes, and freckled face. Top Center is the character wearing dark red chainmail armor with grey and dark-metallic trim, plated boots and gloves, and a scaled shoulderpad on her right shoulder. Top right are two weapons, a mechanical glaive pointed up and slightly right, and a rifle pointed straight up with Dwarven runic markings along the barrel and a red-hot affixed blade beneath the barrel opening. Bottom left is a close up of the Dark Iron's face with an angered expression. Bottom center (slightly left) is another close up of her face angled slightly left side-eying to the right, face darkened by a red and brown hood. Bottom right is a text box which reads:
Dahlyah Grimshatter:
Race: Dark Iron Dwarf
Occupation: Bounty Hunter
Height/Weight: 50"/130lbs
Skillsets: Marksmanship, Tracking, Mechanical, Demolition
Pronouns: She/Her
Weapons: Rifle, Glaive, Pistols, Daggers

Also center-bottom beside the text box on the left side is the artist's signature.

Dahlyah's in no rush to settle down. She's had to decline a few offers from some ambitiously traditional gentlemen in the past, preferring not to form attachments beyond casual flings. There was one person for whom she caught feelings though-- a handsome, insightful, and aloof Kaldorei Demon Hunter!

There's also a slightly spicier version with Dahlyah dressed down. Her curves are phenomenal! If you don't love the way @planktonheretic.bsky.social does Dwarf ladies, you're out of your mind!

A Dark Iron Dwarf with a red hair and a rifle slung over her shoulder. She stands in a heroic pose, completely naked from head to toe. Her eyes and the ends of her hair glow orange.

Behold! A new full body commission by the exceptionally skilled artist @planktonheretic.bsky.social! The detail is phenomenal, from her expression to her armor, from her gun to her freckles! I'm absolutely in love with the way this artist brings characters to LIFE!

A Dark Iron Dwarf in red scalemail and dark iron-plated armor with a large rifle over her shoulder. Her eyes glow a fiery orange, as to the ends of her hair.

Finally catching up with my old Dahlyah writings! This was Dahlyah's plothook into the main Dragonflight storyline. Only two chapters, most of her adventure after this happened in game. Enjoy! archiveofourown.org/works/632575...

Another NSFW/18+ story of an encounter Dahlyah had during a hunt in Un'goro Crater. She and a Wildhammer Dwarf were hunting the same prey. After butting heads over it, they eventually sorted out a mutually beneficial... partnership.💕 Read the full story here: archiveofourown.org/works/63234880

Throwback Thursday! (Oh, it's not Thursday? Oh well I'm a little early!) This was the first story I wrote out for Dahlyah as a showcase for who she is and what she's about. It's also how she met Wil! Read the full story here: archiveofourown.org/works/63234595

Dahlyah has had a really checkered history with Wildhammers. From killing some, fighting alongside others, and even being proposed to by one, her relationship with the Clan has been love/hate. Unbeknownst to her, her mother had ancestry rooted in the Wildhammer clan-- and by extension, so does she!

Dahlyah is a demolitions expert! Taught by a goblin friend named Loxlee, the two ran with a covert group to infiltrate Blackrock Foundry, steal blueprints, and distrupt manufacturing. Later, she used those demolition skills to help the Alliance infiltrate Dazar'alor and kill King Rastakhan.

Dahlyah lied about her age in order to enlist in the Anvilrage reserves. She was young, but showed great proficiency with a rifle. She was accepted and put on training assignments on the surface, which is where she was when Alliance "heroes" snuck into Shadowforge and massacred hundreds of her kin.

A hunt up in the Hinterlands took an unexpected turn for Dahlyah, who began seeing visions and sensing a presence. Now Torizo, the Spirit Guardian of the long-lost Stormward Clan acts as a protector when she needs them most. Could she have some Wildhammer in her lineage? Truly a mystery!

Last (for now) but certainly not least, a spicy pinup of Dahlyah and her trusty rifle drawn by the very talented @galacticatart.bsky.social! I love everything about this piece, from the embering around her hair to the freckle detail all over her body! An amazing piece by an amazing artist!

Molten Cragshells live where the barrier between Azeroth and the Elemental Plane of Fire is thinnest. Draygon is one Dahlyah encountered at Mount Hyjal. Her sturdiest and crankiest companion, Draygon can be rather snappy-- literally! He's also a lot faster than he looks!

The rest of the Dahlyah art is a bit more exciting than the pieces posted thus far. Here's Dahlyah "relaxing" in bed, done by the wonderfully talented @sinafay.bsky.social! I love the flowly hair being let down, and... other things you can see on the full piece at patreon.com/sinafay! 🔥

Kraid the Chromatic Drakeadon was one of Nefarian's twisted experiments. Dahlyah discovered them as a hatchling, left behind after Nefarian's defeat. They can be very aggressive-- Dahlyah only brings Kraid along on certain hunts requiring a lot of brute force! @warcraft.bsky.social

Arachnus is a Cinderweb Spider that Dahlyah encountered during the assault on the Firelands, and kept as a hatchling. Now, he's one of her fiercest hunting companions, webbing up her prey to take them in alive!

This was another piece I had commissioned for Dahlyah early on when I first made her, masterfully done by @ehiiehn.bsky.social (I think, artist went by a different name back then, I hope I followed the trail correctly!) Love how cute this one turned out! @warcraft.bsky.social

Phantoon was an Iron Horde elekk used as a beast of burden in Blackrock Foundry. Dahlyah liberated him during an assault, and has done her best to make sure this powerful pachyderm gets to live a good life out on the road with her.

In addition to this portrait, @sinafay.bsky.social also did these ADORABLE chibis of Dahlyah as part of the bonus Patreon program she has at www.patreon.com/sinafay. Basically, encompasses Dahlyah's two moods-- happy-go-lucky, and rip-your-face-off! She's a little hot-blooded! 🔥

First post, thought I'd showcase a commissioned piece I got from @elliezeekaye.bsky.social! My newest and one of my favorite pieces of Dahlyah art! She really captured her attitude! Ellie was amazing to work with, will be commissioning again at some point!🧡 @warcraft.bsky.social
