Dads Rock has given me a sense of community with fellow dads locally, a consistently supportive and caring space, new friends, and a sense of validation and pride in being one of a community of dads

I've really enjoyed the Play Groups, the social and emotional support they offer, plus the opportunity to spend time playing with my son in a relaxed environment. I also make use of the Whatsapp community a lot. It's a very good source of support and advice

Friendly bunch that are great for advice and a chat. They really help give perspectives in situations and have had a wide range of experiences and anecdotes they can share to help us

Just meeting and spending time with other Dads, especially those with children of a similar age, is really good for my general mental health. We can share problems, discuss everyday frustrations, support each other
