It may have been that I had a sexy sub (not on here, unfortunately) waiting for me at home, that I’ve been training more regularly or probably a combination of both, but I smashed out my 2KM row and the whole 500kcal workout in record time yesterday.

A 2km row on a concept 2, completed in less than eight and a half minutes.

A 520kcal workout done in 46 minutes, including warm up and some stretches.
