David James @da.vidjam.es · 27/09/2026I was at this terrific sold-out show last night; I didn't take any pictures (there are loads of brilliant ones of their sheer son-et-lumiere firepower on the socials already) but instead, by way of contrast, here is their stage shortly before their appearance at the Lexington in July 2013… 070
David James @da.vidjam.es · 27/09/2026I first saw the chaps as a two piece in a pub back room in 2013 and they are the only band I've followed from that level to arenas. What a journey! 010
David James @da.vidjam.es · 27/09/2026I ran 10 miles before the gig and went to it in my running kit! 010
David James @da.vidjam.es · 26/09/2026Wasn't it terrific? My knees are going to be very annoyed with me tomorrow morning 110
David James @da.vidjam.es · 26/09/2026Thank you for the alert; I am off along the canal for a run later and shan't miss a finger-giving opportunity if one presents itself. 040
David James @da.vidjam.es · 26/09/2026of course! Heading down lunchtime for the day, all very exciting. Enjoy! 010

David James @da.vidjam.es · 24/09/2026How brilliant that the mocked up Western Mail cover with the pic of Annette Badland is still there ! 010

David James @da.vidjam.es · 09/09/2026I was at the Fry one as well - it says a lot about Rich's audience that no-one breathed a word before the episode came out. One of the most extraordinary nights I've ever had in a theatre 050

David James @da.vidjam.es · 29/08/2026It's a lucky escape that I didn't have a coffee on the go when I came to your description of the Cookie Monster. 000
David James @da.vidjam.es · 24/08/2026Steve is excellent! I have one of his skirt sections on one of my Daleks. The front 2 panels have a slightly different angle with their neighbours which was a mistake on his part at the time but is now a 'maker's mark'! 021
David James @da.vidjam.es · 21/08/2026I just read this post sitting on a bus while going past that exact college! 000

David James @da.vidjam.es · 02/08/2026Music is so 'siloed' nowadays - I had not heard of this bloke until I looked him up. Mind you I saw Vulfpeck playing to 20'000 people last month and none of my friends had heard of them either! 020
David James @da.vidjam.es · 31/07/2026Aha right; all these new showings were crammed in early/late on days up to Sep 10th on which screenings were already sold out. They're undoubtedly going to add future dates owing to insane demand; I hope it works out for you! 010
David James @da.vidjam.es · 31/07/2026I got a ticket - to my surprise. Hold on and you might be in luck! 210
David James @da.vidjam.es · 31/07/2026Insane demand for newly released The Odyssey tickets at BFI IMAX! Capacity of venue is only 500, so no chance this time. 100
David James @da.vidjam.es · 29/07/2026Oh and I hadn't heard of GDS before Saturday but saw them at Latitude and am a convert! 010
David James @da.vidjam.es · 29/07/2026I found axs.com link then directing me to RAH presale on their own site, I am not sure that that is behaving that way now but there were LOADS tix still showing; AXS obv only had a proportion of total as presale.axs.comOfficial Tickets and Your Source for Live Entertainment - AXS USBuy, sell, and manage your tickets for concerts, sports, and live events. David James @da.vidjam.es · 29/07/2026Aha sorry to hear - I may just have lucked out. If any consolation - lots tickets were showing in the seat map on RAH. We're in row 9 on floor and that's just my wife (MY WIFE) not wanting to sit nearer the stage! Get into RAH queue nice and early on Friday it ought to be a rather better experience. 110
David James @da.vidjam.es · 29/07/2026Update! The AXS site then directed me to RAH and they had lots of tickets - see if you can re-try the presale link and if the same thing happens to you! 100
David James @da.vidjam.es · 29/07/2026It sold out breathtakingly quickly! I'd been in the queue since 9-45am and when I actually got to the seat map it was then a very frustrating and fruitless game of whack-a-mole! 010
David James @da.vidjam.es · 28/07/2026Oh yes yes I saw this on Facebook! Mindbending stuff, absolutely brilliant! 110
