He / They / It. Definitely Important. Lover of soup, peas, eggy pasta, Etrian Odyssey (ask me anything about Chain Duelist), and 7th Dragon. Professional giggler. Very sporadic poster.

To think this comment on the EO Next Stage teaser was made only 2 years after the video was uploaded... This poor soul has likely perished by now.

A YouTube comment by user 団子に食い込んだ蟹. Translated from Japanese, the comment reads "Please give us an update... an update... I'm going to starve to death..."

quick and shitty graph i made to illustrate a thing i moticed about counter skills in eo

A graph I drew in my notes app, dividing various counter skills in Etrian Odyssey games into four quadrants:
The first (top-leftmost) quadrant is "when i get hit / someone else counters," and contains "Endure Command (EOX)."
The second (top-rightmost) quadrant is "when i get hit / i counter," and contains "Counter/Retaliate (EO3), Mirror Moon (EO5), Shield Flare (EOX)."
The third (bottom-leftmost) quadrant is "when someone else gets hit / someone else counters," and contains "Ambush Stance (EO3)."
The fourth (bottom-rightmost) and last quadrant is "when someone else gets hit / i counter," and contains "Ninpo: Caltrops (EO3/X), Counter Samba (EO4), Counter Guard (EO5)."
