I'm here to listen and learn. Gen-X; Recovering Catholic; She/Her. I have way too many cats, and I play a ukulele. I have too many of those, as well.

Steve Martin is more proficient than me, but I have the cooler banjo.

I woke up from a dead sleep with the thought "Find your tatting shuttles." So at 2 am, I searched for something I haven't laid eyes on in at least 15 years. I wiped them down and noticed that the thread I had was discolored and not in good shape. I ordered a new spool in white to make snowflakes.

Two tatting shuttles. One made of plastic, the other metal with a bobbin.

THIS! Choose a couple of issues that are important to you. If someone chooses an issue that is different from your own, it is okay. Our minds can only focus on a few items at a time. Share the load. There are too many things that need attention. We need clarity to function.

My family are Catholic, so I'm not open about my faith. My sister snidely told me that my nephew's fiance planned a prayer for her wedding ceremony. My sister cynicaĺly told her, "You pray to your coven, not God." I corrected my sister, "She prays WITH her coven." I may need to come out. #witchsky

Visited Paint Mine Interpretive Center in Colorado. Native Americans have used the rock formation (clay and jasper) for 9000 years to produce paints and dyes.

Rockside with layers of red clay and yellow jasper.

I often feel that I am imbalanced between my divine male and divine female. Maybe because I am a single female that has not been a mother and has become very (too) self-sufficient. In what ways do you find balance? #witchsky

Affirmation for the Earth: Our Mother Earth is healing herself. I am offering her energy to use as she needs. #witchsky #pagansky

After what seems like decades of stagnation, my goal is to enter '25 with cleared space and a cleared self. Change will come next year - personally and socially. I'm freeing up space for something productive. Does anyone have books/websites/podcasts for magical activism? #witchsky #pagansky
