Question for lifting guys of all levels of experience: have been lifting 4-5 months now, using nautilus-style weights (eight machine workout). I lift 3x a week and do cardio 5-7x a week. On weight days I do cardio first. Is there a reason to do weights first, OR a reason for cardio first?
