Love F1 being back at the Sepang circuit but so far we’ve gone without a drop of rain. If we get through the race as well without any then will be incredibly disappointing! One of the great things about Sepang was the unpredictable monsoon rains!

V lucky to be at the Genesis Cinema tonight for a special screening of Beautiful Thing in 35mm film for its 30th anniversary with director Hettie Macdonald taking questions. The film was so important to me when I first saw it many years ago & means a lot to finally see it on the big screen.

Tried out using a Lime e-scooter today. Think I must have looked awkward and ungainly as it’s harder than it looks when you’ve got a heavy backpack on as well. But still much quicker than walking.

Yeah we’re back in now, wasn’t too long luckily. Though is the second hotel in as many months that has had its alarm activated. Not as bad as being woken at 5am and having to evacuate onto Brighton seafront in January.

The link between dirty American money, dodgy selective polling, and the culture war has been known for years. That's who has bankrolled fringe bigoted groups in the UK for years. It is shockingly cheap to buy influence in our democracy and we clearly need tighter rules and stronger oversight.

One for all you train nerds... the gate to the Vatican train station, only opened when a train goes through which is not often.
