First, I'm not a lawyer, I'm a poli-sci nerd with a military background. But I don't see how Trump is stopped with a complicit congress, and his apparent willingness to ignore court rulings. It would all come down to military leaders defying orders, which is... ultimately not a good thing.

I’m shocked the TikTok ban actually happened, but I understand the reason. I feel it’s somewhat arbitrary however, there are plenty of very popular websites under PRC control in US.
