For context a free trial player was asking how to get pure white and I said paying real money, retainers(which they would have access to), or random rewards of different types. Another sprout piped in and argued with me saying they have been buying pure white for EVER w/ scrips

A sprout arguing with me about whether pure white dye was available to buy with skybuilders scrips had me wanting to absolutely choke myself out. You can't just buy pure white or black @ vendors, it's just luck based via loot boxes of various types or retainer ventures.
