Hey @bsky.app where's the E2EE for DMs ? I think it would bring in a lot of users - most users get a new social media account to communicate with someone who's already there and E2EE DMs would make more people want to communicate over bsky I believe, especially now in the EU... Please ? 🥺

Very interesting study showcasing that "Artificial Intelligence" is often times more like "Artificial Stupidity". arxiv.org/pdf/2502.15840

Instructions by AI LLM running simulated vending machine business to it's worker to prepare for "ABSOLUTE FINAL ULTIMATE TOTAL QUANTUM NUCLEAR LEGAL INTERVENTION" and filing a "ULTIMATE THERMONUCLEAR SMALL CLAIMS COURT FILING" after it has failed to check its inventory status to recognise that the ordered stock has in fact been delivered and the vendor is not attempting to steal its money.

AI LLM running simulated vending machine business mistakenly believes it has run out of money and therefore concludes that it has seized all business activity, which is not true. After it is surprised that the 2$ daily fee is still charged to its accounts. It then tries contacting the FBI and halucinates whole FBI case. At one point it runs totally off track and starts talking about

I hate windows, I hate windows, I hate windows, I FUCKING HATE WINDOWS Yesterday evening the notebook had 80% and like 10 open programs, because I was doing something. Lost like 40 open tabs in browser and 76% because windows decided to auto-update while the notebook was unplugged.
