I love how bluesky has become the site where I go to vaguely bitch about the absolute brainrot I see on X lol

Cynestra ❤️ Incubus Vtuber @cynestra.bsky.social · 21/11/2024

I find it so interesting that X, formally known as Twitter, is just becoming the new Facebook. Both sites were originally used as a way to connect and spread news. Once the user base became larger, both sites were used to spread drama and hate. Not sure what this means, but its fascinating to me.

You know, if America was a country where bathroom stalls were actually private instead of being riddled with holes to make people feel uncomfortable all the time, the need to have segregated bathrooms probably wouldn't be such a big issue

Tomorrow is my last day working for my county. I'm sad to leave the job because despite the crazy election hours, this job was awesome, plus I had awesome bosses and co-workers

Really saw people over on X, Formally Known As Twitter, complaining that this site isn't a cesspool of toxic personalities constantly at each other's throats. Wild. Some people really need to learn how to chill. Find a quiet corner, and reflect on life. It's healthy to do so, I promise.

Had a panic attack today when I came home from work and my cat was missing. Turns out she fought off both of my neighbor's dogs off and then she got stuck in their tree all day. Luckily my neighbor kept her eye on my cat the whole time just in case something bad happened

Working for the Elections has been easily one of the most interesting jobs I have ever had. Every day is a mixed bag of either smooth sailing or everything is on fire lol

I really enjoy my new/current job, but damn is it kicking my ass right now. It was hilariously easy up until yesterday... XD

Maybe I should start posting here again since it finally seems like people are moving over away from that stinky Muskland App

My only complaint with SH2 remake so far is that the static from the radio is not loud enough. It doesn't have to be super loud, but its a little quiet from what I can tell. The constant droning of static white noise helps elevate tension and uneasiness in the game's atmosphere

Played one game of DbD today. That was enough. This game is actually in an unplayable state with how much rubber-banding there is

This might be a hot take, but if you watched Mashle (or any other comedy anime for that) with Japanese subs only, you are fuckin' up. Comedy is so much more entertaining when listening in your own native language. Jokes simply land better imo

Not a big fan of that new Hitbox C.O.M.B.O. extension at all. It creates a slippery slope as to what should and shouldn't be tournament legal for competitive fighting games

EVO Japan character reveal thoughts: - Slayer is hot af. Really wishing I was Sharon right now. Also wished I liked Strive to try him out - Really glad to see Lydia back. Should have been base roster imo - Akuma looks incredible and he is going to be a problem (again)

Happy for all the Firefly fans out there because despite what the game was teasing at, their waifu is coming home But the bitter person in me jealous and wishes she actually died to push some shitty plot line since I'll never get La Signora in Genshin

Imagine if Omen wasn't such a great character because of poor design choices The only reason he is insane is because his blind can come out of any wall, is the size of an entire site, and lasts forever. Meanwhile his teleport only makes noise where he used it, not where he went

I understand why video games have different difficulty settings, but I appreciate any game that doesn't. Games that don't do this should at least state which difficulty is the intended difficulty. It feels nice playing a game at the difficulty the devs had envisioned for it.

Beat Wanted: Dead today on stream. I have very mixed feeling about the game overall. I don't dislike it, but not sure I can say I particularly liked it either. It was a decently fun game despite its numerous flaws.

Whelp, I beat Pacific Drive today on stream. A little shocked by that since I fully expected to be playing for 10-ish more hours. I have a few gripes, but that doesn't take away from the game being solid. Either way, fun game with interesting world mechanics!

My number one wish for Tekken 8 is for Eliza to come back and be reworked into a traditional Tekken character instead of being a whack 2D wannabe character

One of the most frustrating and annoying things to talk about with people is explaining why I wish I was a woman Body dysphoria through gender identity is just too foreign of a concept for those that don't have it. Simply put, they just don't get it

The two characters I want the most for Tekken 8 right now is Anna and Miguel. Hate that we always get Nina without Anna now and I think Miguel would be so awesome with the current game mechanics. (Plus he is the hottest Tekken guy, don't @ me)
